Online and In-Person Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to Improve Mental Health and Relationships
CBT was initially developed by Aaron Beck as therapy for depression and anxiety. Since then, it has become an effective treatment not only for depression and anxiety, but also for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and eating disorders. Today, cognitive behaviour therapy can be effectively practised both in-person and online, and it has been adapted to address a wide range of issues, including:

- relationship problems
- excessive worrying
- unsettling uncertainties and doubts
- low mood or moodiness
- difficulties concentrating and focusing
- hopelessness
Solution-Focused Counselling
The traditional distinction between counselling and psychotherapy lies in their focus: counselling typically addresses non-clinical or less severe issues. However, it is often combined with therapy to support individuals dealing with conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD and OCD. Counselling helps with

- worries and doubts
- relationship problems
- life transitions and crises
- career changes
- grief and loss
- impaired concentration and focus
