Diana Tutschek: Psychologist, Counsellor, Therapist
Diana offers online and in-person mental health counselling and couples therapy to support individuals facing relationship difficulties and various life challenges. While clients may also experience mental health or neurological conditions, these are addressed through specialised treatment services and are not treated within this practice.

Diana Tutschek is a PhD candidate holding a master’s degree in psychology and mental health from the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience (IoPPN) at King’s College London, added by a master’s study at the University of Vienna (Institute of Clinical and Health Psychology). In London, she worked on a longitudinal prospective cohort study exploring the cause-and-effect relationship between burnout and depression. In Vienna, her thesis focused on a systematic review on post-traumatic growth in PTSD. Her current PhD project involves piloting a new couples counselling method.
She is a member of the EMDR International Association and the Applied Neuroscience Association (ANA).

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) for a Broad Spectrum of Issues
Aaron Beck developed CBT in the 1960s as a therapy for depression and anxiety. Since then, CBT has become an effective treatment not only for mood disorders, but also for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), eating disorders, dependencies and various non-clinical challenges, such as self-esteem, communication and anger difficulties and many other issues.
Solution-Focused Counselling
The traditional distinction between counselling and psychotherapy lies in their focus. Psychotherapy typically deals with clinical conditions to treat specific symptoms. However, it is often combined with counselling to support individuals willing to address broader life difficulties.
Solution-focused counselling particularly helps with issues involved in
- life transitions and crises;
- career changes.
